First things first
Your briefing is crucial for our cooperation. In the briefing, you tell me your project objectives and tasks involved, as well as your requirements regarding my performance. In the course of this needs assessment, we will also discuss the framework conditions, for example the schedule and budget. We will carry out the briefing discussion in person, by telephone or via video meeting - free of charge for you in a timeframe of up to 60 minutes.
An astonishingly simple procedure
In the case of small individual projects or requests with a critical timeframe, for example the preparation of customer information, the facts of the matter are clear and I will get active immediately. For example, if I am to organise a workshop or prepare a detailed, comprehensive concept, I will send you a re-briefing summarising our briefing discussion. In this way, misunderstandings can be avoided.
After confirmation of the re-briefing, I will send you an offer for the defined services and any agreements, which you are then welcome to confirm in writing.
Then I will start preparing a specification of my performance, and send it to you by the defined target date. In event of greater project volumes, I will be glad to prepare a project schedule defining tasks, responsibilities and timeframes.
Your feedback is important, and we will, of course, discuss the performances provided, on which I will be glad to advise you. I will subsequently make any adjustments as discussed and required. The aim is for us to conclude the project in two coordinating rounds.
After your approval is given, my project-related work is concluded and I will send you my invoice. In a concluding or feedback discussion, we will exchange opinions on our cooperation or also discuss follow-up projects. I will be glad to give you further recommendations.
By the way:
If you want to work with me on a longer-term basis and arrange a fixed monthly time allotment, for example three days: Of course, that's possible. In this case, I will keep a respective performance overview. Should it become apparent that the time allotment will be exceeded, I will notify you to this effect as soon as possible and we can then discuss the further procedure. If a time allotment is not used up, we can transfer it to the following month.
